IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION:

We are slowly and carefully re-opening our office for in person well patient visits. We are working through a list of patients that need in person visits and will begin contacting patients. If you feel you need an in person visit please contact our office. At this time our in-office hours are very limited, majority of our visits will remain telemedicine.

We are seeing one patient every hour in order to limit patient’s exposure to one another and to allow time to thoroughly clean and sterilize between each patient. We ask that you do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment unless it is absolutely necessary.

We will conduct a COVID screening on the day your appointment is scheduled and on the day of your visit. If you are feeling sick the day of your appointment please contact the office before coming, as it is likely we will reschedule your visit. Staff will be screened daily and will be wearing CDC recommended personal protective equipment.

We ask that all patients coming to the office bring their own face covering. If you do not bring one with you we may ask that you reschedule your appointment.

We will also be conducting much of your visit over the phone while you are in your car. Patients will only come into the office for the physical exam and blood draw. We MUST limit your time in our office and to do so we ask that any concerns or questions you have about your health you address, on the phone with the provider while in your car.
